the workout
Combines 25 minutes of cardiovascular work with 25 minutes of strength training! Get your ABS, LEGS, ARMS and BUTT to a good burn.
Between each cardio interval off 8 min (running, climbing, sprinting), well mix strength training on the BENCH, TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING, PILATES WALL BOARD AND BALLET BARRE.
Our instructors are highly trained to understand anatomy, joint mechanics and how the body works, so they can modify the exercises and correct form if needed. The workouts are always different so you will never get bored!! We will push you to do what you didn’t even know you were capable of doing!!!

The Bench
The Bench routine combines full body participation. We incorporate dumbbells in the traditional exercises as hip lifts, chest presses, triceps dips, planks, crunches, push-ups, lunges, squats and more.Take it to the next level adding the extra challenge(ankle weights, stability balls, strength bands, bosu) or modify to meet your level. The music, the signature purple lighting, the energy in the room…you will get hooked!!!
the Versa-Climber
The Versaclimber can be used by people of all fitness levels looking to get fitter, stronger and healthier. Incorporating the upper and lower body, the Versaclimber burns calories, improves fitness and increases strength Working the whole body in one, the Versaclimber guarantees to see your heart rate rising and get results. In 50 min workout we incorporate 3 sets of 8 min drills on versa climbers as sprints, climbing, and rhythmic challenges!
The Barre
THE BARRE incorporates legs and glutes exercises influenced by traditional ballet and pilates moves. Adding a resistance band or an ankle weight to it will make your experience so much more intense.
Barre focuses on high reps of small range movements and isometric holds-holding your body still while you contract specific muscles, until you shake and feel the burn!
The Pilates
The PILATES WALL BOARD in combo with THE BENCH allows us to create a Pilates routine that focuses in the arms, abs or legs based on the interval training set we performing! The springs will challenge your balance and strengthen your core! We will perform basic exercises like standing upper body, twists, side bends and short box abdominals!
The TRX
TRX suspension training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands and feet, and progression is limitless. Even while working arms or legs, Suspension Training constantly challenges your core for a true total body workout!
