Arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, so we can introduce you to your instructor and give you an overview of what to expect. Please let us know if we need to be aware of any injuries or conditions you may be suffering from! We need to know in order to help you modify exercises that may not be appropriate for you!!
All you need are your work out clothes, snickers, towel and water. We also have a water station in case you need to fill up your bottle.
CARDIO AND STRENGTH
You will either start on the versa climber or on the strength stations, which includes exercises on the benches and free weights, floor exercises with the TRX systems, ballet barre or pilates board.
The instructor will explain how to do each strength exercise as well as the interval length and speed during cardio. Be sure to listen closely and don’t be afraid to ask questions! The instructors are here to help and can even correct your form!
Great Experience & RESULTS
The instructor will then lead the class through a cool-down stretch. After class, you can gather all the info collected during the workout and keep it to compare it with the future ones(heart rate, calories burned, speed, time) to measure progression.
